Quick fixes

Crimson isn't responding to commands

Check that Crimson's role is high enough in your role list and that it has permission to view and send in the channel. Re-inviting with the recommended permissions fixes most issues.

A scheduled post or giveaway didn't fire on time

Scheduled features run within a short window of the target time and can be delayed if the bot was briefly offline. Set your server timezone on the dashboard overview so times display and repeat correctly.

The dashboard won't show my server

You only see servers where you have Manage Server permission and Crimson is present. Make sure both are true, then log out and back in.

How do I delete my data?

Admins can clear most data from the dashboard. For a full export or deletion, email us with your Discord user ID and the server — see the Privacy Policy.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use /botsuggestion in any server with Crimson, or post in the support server.
